Exhibit opportunities: $430.  Entitles you to exhibit your products and/or services throughout this conference. Exhibit Size:  Your exhibit space is 9' x 5’. Your exhibit table is 6’ long.  Fee includes:  attendance to full conference and meals; 1 table/per company for 2 people at booth no exceptions

Non-profit organization.  Fee for non-profit organizations is $300.

A limited number of tables are available for non-profit organizations, non-profit tables must be pre-approved prior to registration.  Email Annette Pepper at apepper@cmham.org for an application.

$500 will entitle you to a contributing sponsorship of a breakfast or lunch. Your company name will be listed in the brochure, and company name will be announced at the podium.

Policies: 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the conference for a full refund less a $25 administrative fee.  If cancellation is received less than 10 business days prior to the training, no refund will be given and the full charge will be incurred. Substitutions are permitted at any time.
